This is our second feature in WedLuxe magazine this year, and we are so proud of the creative team and all the elements that came in to place to create this shoot. We are absolute suckers for the tropics and when we heard the vision Creative Director, Dushan had for this shoot, we HAD to be apart of it. We wanted the dishes we created to not only complement the colour scheme and table scape, but also have light and fresh elements to really represent the tropical undertones of the shoot. We wanted to play around with all shades of pink including muted tones as well as pops of colour such as fuchsia. For the entre we created a sable fish dish with asparagus, marinated micro greens, and a dollop of sweet onion jam. The salad was elegant, but simple. We decided on a pink grapefruit citrus salad with watermelon radish, lobster rounds and citrus berry creme fresh dressing.
